The importance of talking about mental health cannot be overstressed. But before we have to understand that Brain Health is divided in two sections.

Dr. Nasreen Khatri explains the connection between cognitive health and mental health, both of which make up brain health…

1. Cognitive health is simply things that involve thinking, concentration and mental activities, planning etc…

2. Mental health is our sense of emotional wellbeing and our psychological stability.


The cognitive part is what we develop and learn, control or educate from the moment we are born, be it through physical or pedagogical training.

This is already a major challenge in today's world and is neglected for a number of reasons, primarily because of the convenience of modern technology.

Mental health is the part that we have generally not yet learned to control or educate ourselves about. In the past few years, the spiritual lifestyle has developed and is very convinced that it is a method for training and further training of mental health. In previous years, mental health was mainly treated with medication and drugs.So how do we get in control of this?

In order to control the better education of our cognitive and mental health, we need to understand that we have to control our environment and find our true self (what makes us happy, what we really need) and we have to do that without the influence of others.


But greed and the need for attention and status drive us to something that we don't want to be or that don't really make us happy.

We become followers and as we get older we recognize this more and more and try to distance ourselves from what we don't need in our lives, but it brings us into conflict because we don't want to lose comfort in today's society or want to stay behind in evolution.

This is the point at which we try to do so or to tell ourselves that we are happy. Here our cognitive tries to tell our mental health what to do.

What we do not understand is that this is not possible because our mental health is independent and because we silence our mental health, unconscious actions are taken on our bodies.

To protect our mental health, we need to sit down and listen so that we can understand who we really are, that individual person that we are.


The good news is that the spectrum of different societies is huge. So if we find out who we are or want to be, we can expand our lives in that specific society and build a life, job, friends and hobbies in that area with much more success. If we allow our personality to use the full potential without getting involved.

We can archive this with the help of talking about our deepest desires that our mental health will tell us if we are not judged and with someone of trust.


It is not society that tells us what we want to be or what makes us happy, but we, the individual, decide on our mental health. We have to stay clean in our body and clean in our mind.
