Natural water is without a doubt the most important Nutrition and the most important element for us humans. It is also the most misunderstood element in our life.
According to Dr. Jeffrey Utz, Neuroscience, pediatrics, Allegheny University, different people have different percentages of their bodies made up of water. Babies have the most, being born at about 78%. By one year of age, that amount drops to about 65%. In adult men, about 60% of their bodies are water. However, fat tissue does not have as much water as lean tissue. In adult women, fat makes up more of the body than men, so they have about 55% of their bodies made of water.
According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%

These percentages can vary based on age and weight. But in general it is a solid guideline and has been confirmed by various studies.
So we know that our body is made up of around 70% water and is used specifically in areas where we have our vital organs. So it's easy to say: For us humans, water is the elixir of life!
But not all water is good for our bodies. For example, one of the biggest misconceptions is “purified water”. Water without minerals can have the opposite effect on our health. Water is always looking for minerals. So when we drink purified water, it draws minerals from our body. We need to make sure that there are natural minerals in the water we consume.
Water also has various measurements such as PH (Potential of Hydrogen) and TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) that show us the quality of water for our body.

We should be drinking between 1.5 and 3 liters (50 to 100 ounces) of NATURAL water in a day. The temperature and activity vary these numbers. It is important that this is only natural water. Other liquids like coffee, orange juice, tea etc. are not included in this count.
When we cook food or other preparations, we can use purified water. It is about drinking water where we need to pay great attention to the quality.

Water that comes straight from a spring is great because it brings with it the minerals that Mother Nature needs to give us. Unfortunately, contamination needs to be taken into account in certain areas.
In today's world, we even have a water sommelier as a profession where customers are made aware of the water quality.
The possibility of gaining access to high quality water has become very difficult economically and in terms of resources. Actions are being taken in certain parts of the world to change this situation. For example, Paris has made water available and free throughout the city and of good quality.

Summary
We really need to share the awareness of NATURAL water and quality. We have to start when we do our daily grocery shopping that we invest more in better water and maybe leave some sodas on the shelf instead. In addition, that we incorporate at least 2 liters of good quality natural water into our lives.
And share awareness of protecting our natural water resources and stopping them from being contaminated.
Water the clean element and our elixir of life.

Clean Body and Soul
