Situations like the recent corona crises have shown us what fear and a weak immune system can do to us. The solution is strong health.
Nature has the balance for a healthier and better life.
Many have discovered this new teaching and used it to their advantage for a better life. But many also do not have the time and resources to educate themselves and have found a way to do this in their lives. This is the goal of Clean Body & Soul to give everyone the opportunity to improve their health.
The immune system is the strongest defense system in the human body, it decides about life and death over our body. Since the immune system controls our entire body and soul, it can also be attacked from both sides.
The basics for our immune system are two. The right amount of fuel and contact with the attacker of body and soul. You asked why contact with the attacker? Think of the immune system as a computer that needs to be constantly updated. This updated makes the immune system itself when it detects an attack, analyzes it, and begins building a defense program throughout our body to prepare every part of our body for eliminating the attacker. Quite astonishing that it does everything on its own.
However, in order to have all the resources, it is our obligation to provide the immune system with everything it needs to function.
If you really think about it, the immune system just needs the right fuel!

From the moment we are born on the first breath, our immune system begins to work and does not stop until we die. Our body is constantly exposed to strong attacks by air, our body and the mind.
The world we live in and the life we live in are contaminated at many levels such as air pollution, bacteria, viruses, stress, injuries, malnutrition and many other factors.
The prefect balance is the most important.
The immune system needs the right nutrition to do its job. The rest of our body is important to complete the internal and external operations.
How does the immune system still work with improper nutrition? Imagine a maintenance worker who is supposed to focus on the electrical parts of the building, but due to the lack of another worker, the maintenance worker also covers floor work, construction repairs. The maintenance worker will do this until he burns out and gives up. This leads to the loss of a valuable and trained worker and the building is subject to collapse. The same applies to our body and the immune system. This means that saving the wrong parts will result in higher costs in the long run.
So if we want a healthy life, long and with little complications, we have to invest in our immune system.

Stress, mental instability and depression are the most dangerous attackers on our immune system. These are invisible enemies that can do the most damage to any part of our body.
We have to understand that mind and feelings are directly connected to parts of our body. For example, fear causes nausea and takes us straight to the defense. We also take fearful measures that ultimately damage our bodies more. It changes our natural habit and in a dangerous situation for our body, fear reduces the fuel that the immune system needs right now to fight the attack. We change our natural behavior out of fear such as improper nutrition, interruption of healthy movement or wrong protection of our body.
The most important principle we have to understand is that our immune system has to ward off the attacks with the right fuel. It's not an option to hide and wait and see. The attack will damage your mind and body.
Imagine if stress can do us so much damage, then happiness or well-being must heal our immune system or be a great ally.
I recommended reading Alexander Choukèr's book “Stress Challenges and Immunity in Space”. This was a great research on stress and the immune system from the University of Munich that went even one step further and expanded research in space to have research that can even be compared in a different environment.
This leads us to conclude that if we want to live a healthy life, we need to invest in proper nutrition and educate ourselves in order to constantly recover from stress and bad environments.
When we have to make decisions or find ourselves in uncomfortable situations in our lives, we must take immediate action to resolve them and not allow them to weaken our bodies or minds.
It is impossible to create a perfect lifestyle, but we can adapt our lives so that they have minimal effects on our immune system and give our body and soul the maximum amount of healthy nutrition.

When you focus on a clean body and a clean soul, your life has the energy it takes to climb a mountain.
